Our Team
Karthik Jayakumar
Karthik completed his bachelor’s degree in law at the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai, in 2014. He enrolled at the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry in 2014. Karthik has worked at HSB Partners, Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff, Assentio Legal, and in the Law offices of Advocate V.S. Jayakumar. Karthik has extensive experience in corporate transactional matters including M&A, legal advisory for start-ups, private equity, joint ventures, and other advisory services.
Founding Partner
Durga completed her bachelor's degree in law at the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai in 2014. She enrolled at the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry in 2014. Durga has worked at Selvam and Selvam, and at the Law office of Mohan Associates. She is also currently associated with the Law Office of Senior Counsel Murari Raghavan. She has extensive experience in matters concerning intellectual property, civil and corporate litigation, arbitration and other advisory services.
